Camps
Our X-Performance Camps are designed to push athletes ages 13 to 18 to their peak performance with advanced training in strength, agility, and mental toughness. Combining high-intensity drills, expert coaching, and personalized feedback, participants will enhance their physical and mental skills to excel in competitive play and everyday life.
What level is best for me?
For players without much experience, we recommend our Volleyball Academy program, which focuses on building foundational skills. Intermediate players who are ready to commit to volleyball as their sport and Advanced players seeking to elevate their performance are great fits for our workshops.Â
Find your skill
To participate in the XP program, athletes will earn skill badges that match their abilities, ensuring they engage in activities appropriate for their level. Activities will be "locked" based on skill level, and only athletes with the corresponding badges can register. This approach helps families understand the most suitable opportunities for their child, based on both commitment and ability. Our staff actively identifies talent during other programs, awarding badges as appropriate. Parents can also contact us if their athlete shows increased interest, and together we’ll develop a personalized plan.
